Welcome to Rough Terrain Rescue

     Rough Terrain Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was formed in October of 2011.      

     Rough Terrain Rescue (RTR) is a team of specialized technical rescue professionals that are trained differently from the typical Rescue Squad or Fire Department. Our mission and goal is to be trained and equipped to take care of an incident that is outside those departments normal scope of practice.  Examples of these incidents would be Lost Persons Search and Rescue in the wilderness or urban environment, Search utilizing K-9's Flood Water Rescue and Hi Angle Rescue..
